<1_img_leftxx>

The closer the holidays are, the more worries and problems women have: cleaning up, buying presents, thinking about the menu, buying groceries.

And yet, with all these problems, you must not forget yourself, beloveds. On holidays, every woman is simply required to look flawless. Of course, beauty salons always open their doors to us with hospitality. Professionals can do an excellent job with their assigned tasks, but it takes time and money.

Since not everyone has enough of both, some salon procedures can be done independently. For example, you can do anti-aging cryotherapy sessions at home using cosmetic ice, which is very easy to prepare.

The complex effect of cold on the skin is successfully used for medicinal and cosmetic purposes. Receptors react to cold - the blood vessels first narrow and after a while (when the ice irritant is removed) they expand. As a result, blood supply increases, facial muscle tone increases, skin feels tight and fresh, flaking disappears, and wrinkles are smoothed out.

As a result, after a two-week rejuvenation procedure with cosmetic ice, we will get a simply wonderful result - healthy and toned skin. In general, spending the least amount of money and time, you can prepare your beautiful face yourself for the next vacation.

For the skin rejuvenation procedure, you need to make three types of ice. Each of them is being prepared for a certain step.

  • The first step is cleaning and toning
  • The second step is skin nutrition
  • The third step is to lift and nourish the eyelid skin.

Making three types of cosmetic ice

Red ice for the first stage - cleansing and toning the skin

Ingredients:

Freshly squeezed cranberry juice 100 ml (variety), aloe juice 2 tsp (variety), purified water or mineral water 100 ml.

The acidity of cranberry juice perfectly cleans the skin (fruit peeling), closes pores, blocks enzymes that destroy collagen, without which the skin loses elasticity. Aloe is an antiseptic with healing properties, contains allantoin - a nutrient conductor.

Mix everything together and pour into ice cube trays.

Yellow ice for the second phase - rejuvenating, nourishing and smoothing face and neck wrinkles

Ingredients:

Infusion of linden flowers (1 tbsp. Spoon 1 tbsp. Boiling water, cool and strain).

Sea buckthorn oil 1 tsp, 3 drops myrrh essential oil.

The linden infusion relieves irritation and sea buckthorn oil, a deposit of omega-3, -6, -9 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are an excellent nourishing agent for the skin, makes it tense, elastic and elastic. Myrrh is a component to rejuvenate nutrition, hydration and aromatherapy.

Mix hot linden infusion with hawthorn oil and myrrh and pour into molds.

White ice for the third phase - eyelid care, rejuvenation and elimination of fine wrinkles around the eyes

100 ml of green tea (1 teaspoon per 1 tablespoon. Boiling water, drain, cold), 100 gr. milk (non-fat), 5 drops of oil.

Add milk and oil to strained hot tea, mix and pour into ice cube trays. After the mixture has cooled, place the molds in the freezer and, when the cubes are completely frozen, they are ready to be used.

The rejuvenation procedure is performed on clean skin with light strokes. The movements are not massaging but simply lubricating, from the center to the periphery of the face and from the bottom up along the neck. All three cubes are included in one procedure. You need to use it in a row, without waiting for it to dry. Conduct sessions for 5 days and repeat after 3 days.

The result of these simple procedures will be what is called "in the face" in the literal and figurative sense and, without a doubt, it will delight you. Well, and the money saved at the same time, on the eve of vacation, can always be used forever.
